Incumbent

Rep. Ken Luttrell

a fifth-generation Oklahoman with Cherokee roots, has two daughters and a long history of public service, including time on various boards and committees. A US Army veteran and active member of fraternal organizations, he served in the Legislature from 2006-2010 and is now in his 10th year. He currently chairs the House Select Agencies and serves on the Energy, Veterans and Military Affairs, and Appropriations and Budget Committees.
